With over 18 years of experience in the Automotive Industry working across a variety of roles, including Business/Sales Manager, F&I Development Manager, and Head of Business, Christian has gained vast expertise and knowledge in finance and vehicle sales. This has provided him with an unrivalled understanding of each aspect of motor finance, including how leaders of franchised dealer groups can best grow their business and how DSG can support them. Christian heads up our team of Regional Development Managers, supporting main franchised dealer groups to increase their sales and profitability.

Daniel White
Daniel started his career in the automotive industry in 1999 as a Renault sales executive. His passion and determination to succeed were recognised has been evidenced by his progressive development into dealer management roles, spanning a 20+ year career within Mercedes-Benz and BMW franchise dealerships and now DSG. Daniel has extensive automotive knowledge and expertise that can help dealer partners understand how to best grow their business, whilst demonstrating strong DSG relationships to support finance and vehicle sales aspirations. Daniel is an integral member of the DSG main dealer franchise network team, covering the South of England.

Adam Sanders
Adam joined DSG in 2017 as Regional Development Manager for the Central West region, covering the Main Dealer Network in the West Midlands down to Bristol, as well as South Wales. Prior to DSG, Adam spent 5 and a half years working within a large Manufacturer owned dealer group, within a range of roles from Sales Executive through to General Sales Manager. Adam always aims to go above and beyond and he demonstrates a strong desire to help others, either within his dealers or within DSG, making him a popular member of the team. Adam has extensive knowledge of the F&I arena which enables him to develop individuals and teams. Using his abilities he helps them maximise opportunities with DSG and increase their F&I penetration, as well as overall vehicle sales. Alex joined DSG in 2015 just as the business relocated its head office to Cheadle. He is based in Buckinghamshire and is the Regional Development Manager covering the Central East region. Prior to working for DSG, Alex spent 5 successful years in business development selling F&I software solutions into the automotive market – specifically within AM100 dealer groups. His first automotive role was in 2004 as one of the founders and shareholders of a successful online vehicle retailing platform, that was later sold to Dennis Publishing but still operates today. Alex’s 17 years in the automotive arena put him in a great position to help your business maximise the F&I opportunities and, with his experience in online vehicle retailing and technology, he will certainly deliver a fresh perspective and new ideas to help you improve results.
