DSG retains ISO accreditation

At DSG we are justifiably proud of our processes and procedures and are continually monitoring these to ensure continual improvement so that we are able to provide high levels of service to our customers.

In recognition of these processes and procedures we are the only motor finance broker to have achieved ISO 9001:2000 an internationally recognised business standard primarily concerned with quality management. 

We have held this accreditation since 2004 and are pleased to announce successful completion of an external audit to maintain this accreditation until December 2010.

We believe that our efforts in achieving this standard highlight our commitment to customer satisfaction and demonstrate quality assurance to existing and new customers while giving us a clear advantage over our competitors.
